How to Schedule Store Pickup for Local Customers

Thank you for your interest in scheduling an in-store pickup! We do require that store pickups that are placed through Online are picked up on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, as this is when we have a courier available to bring your fish from our warehouse to the store. Due to a large increase in customers placing orders for same day pickup or for fish already available at the store, we are no longer able to offer the service through our cart system.

If you’re interested in a store pickup, please check our website stock first. If everything you’re looking for is available at the store (not listed as “online only”) you can call the store to have the fish held for you to pick up Monday through Sunday during our store business hours.

If you see that any of the fish you’re interested in are listed as “online only”, please fill out the form below.

We also require at least 36 hours notice of a store pickup in order to ensure your fish will be ready at your requested time. We cannot do same day pickups for fish listed as “online only”.

We schedule pickups for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Pickups are available after 3PM PST on the date confirmed through email confirmation with us. Please do not select a date not within the standard pickup dates, and please do not show up at the store for your order unless we have verified and confirmed it with you. All orders must be picked up the same week that they are placed.
