How to Schedule Store Pickup for Local Customers
Thank you for your interest in scheduling an in-store pickup! We do require that store pickups that are placed through Online are picked up on Monday or Friday, as this is when we have a courier available to bring your fish from our warehouse to the store. Due to a large increase in customers placing orders for same day pickup or for fish already available at the store, we are no longer able to offer the service through our cart system.
If you’re interested in a store pickup, please check our website stock first. If everything you’re looking for is available at the store (not listed as “online only”) you can call the store to have the fish held for you to pick up Monday through Sunday during our store business hours.
If you see that any of the fish you’re interested in are listed as “online only” feel free to send us an email at email@example.com with your requested fish and contact information, and we can get a store pickup set for you. Please be aware that we schedule pickups done through Online on Mondays and Fridays only, however.
We also require at least 36 hours notice of a store pickup in order to ensure your fish will be ready at your requested time. We cannot do same day pickups for fish listed as “online only”.
