Do you offer free consultations?

Yes we do offer free 15 minute consultations! However, eligibility for a consultation is determined
on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer discounts for people who use your Aquarium Maintenance Services?

Yes! Any clients who sign a contract for at least 1 year of service receive a 15% discount on all* goods from the store! This includes fish, plants, equipment, food, water additives, and medication. We can even bring these goods directly to your tank!
*Excludes gift cards

Do I need to agree upon a set schedule to be eligible to sign a Maintenance Contract?

No, we are fully flexible with our schedule. Signing a contract does not require a set in stone schedule, but does require that you utilize our services for at least 1 year.

What are your prices for Aquarium Maintenance Services?

Prices vary depending on a variety of factors. The type of service you’re looking for, where you are located, and the specifics of your tank can all affect pricing! The best way to get an accurate quote is to reach out via our service quote request form , and one of our team members will respond as soon as possible with our base pricing for the service you’re looking for. They will also ask specific questions about your individual situation, so that we can give you the most accurate quote possible!

What forms of payment do you accept for your services?

We accept cash or credit/debit card for our services. We do offer an automatic payment option to make paying your service bill even easier! For businesses, we can offer other payment arrangements in addition to the options listed above.

How long will I have to wait for an appointment?

Most appointments must be booked 1-2 weeks in advance. Occasionally, our technicians have same week availability, and we do our best to have availability to accommodate emergency service requests.

When are your technicians available to schedule?

We have technicians available 7 days a week, during normal business hours (9am-6pm).

I already have specific routines for my tank maintenance, but am unable to complete them.
Can your technicians fill in the gaps?

Absolutely! Our maintenance services are fully customizable! You can just let us know what your specific instructions are, and we can help you stay on track with your tank care.

I just need some advice about my tank(s), can you help?

Of course! We give tank advice in person at our storefront at 4310 NE Hancock St. Portland, OR If you’d prefer email, you can also fill out our service quote request form online and someone will reach out as soon as possible via email

My service need isn’t listed on anywhere in your website, can I still reach out?

Yes! We encourage you to reach out to us even if you are unsure if we provide the service you need! We understand that aquarium keeping can encompass a variety of unique situations, and we do our best to handle as many as possible!
